Gary Rome continues to act as personal legal counsel for several construction companies. He is the author of ACE Westchester Insurance Companies indemnification agreement requirements for its construction related insureds. He is a published author and speaker on various topics involving current trends of the New York State Labor Law and the applicability of indemnity agreements among defendants. Mr. Rome was attorney of record for Cigna Insurance Companies prior to joining the firm.
