Partner Announcement

The firm is also pleased to announce that three outstanding associates have become partners of the firm. They are Joseph DiGregorio, Shawnette A. Fluitt and David H. Schultz

Joe DiGregorio first joined the firm in June 2003 and has litigated complex civil matters in both state and federal court. His experience also includes general liability, products liability, toxic torts, mass torts, property damage, subrogation, personal injury, labor law, and commercial litigation. He has been extensively involved in the New York Asbestos Litigation. He has a license to practice law in New York and Florida and a real estate brokers license for New York. Mr. DiGregorio also sits on the board of directors of Xavier Mission, a non-profit, that feeds, cloths and shelters individuals in New York City.

Shawnette A. Fluitt joined the firm in 2007. Shawnette is a skilled litigator who has handled matters including toxic tort, personal injury and business immigration. Since joining the firm, she has worked tirelessly to defend a multitude of clients in all aspects of litigation. Shawnette has a B.A. in English from Herbert H. Lehman. (City University of New York) and received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2002. She is admitted in New York and awaiting admission in Connecticut.

David H. Schultz joined the firm in 2008. David focuses on general liability, labor law, and appeals in both state and federal court. He has successfully defended our clients at the trial and appellate level, by winning numerous motions for summary judgment and appeals. David has a B.S.E. from University of Michigan (1991) and his J.D. from Hofstra University (1995). He is admitted in both New York and Connecticut.
