Associate Ryan Rayder obtained an early and favorable result in a construction labor law action where the plaintiff was injured due to an allegedly unsafe work environment due to multiple violations of the New York Labor Law. Mr. Rayder worked with our client to draft an affidavit that convinced both plaintiff and the other defendants that our client was not the general contractor at the construction site where the plaintiff’s alleged accident occurred. All parties voluntarily discontinued against our client prior to any significant discovery and depositions, saving our client significant time and expenses. This is yet another example of the firm’s approach to early proactive action where issues of law can be readily resolved. Life Cycle is an integral key performance indicator at Barry, McTiernan & Moore with attorneys like Mr. Rayder continuing to lead the way in facilitating early dispositions.
