Beth R. Wallach
Upon graduation from Rutgers Law School-Camden, Beth Wallach was the law clerk for the Honorable Robert Feldman, JSC, Civil Division, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Thereafter, Beth has practiced exclusively for 20 years in insurance defense litigation and is a seasoned litigator. She has achieved many successful results on behalf of her clients at arbitrations and mediations. She also has extensive experience in researching, preparing, and arguing dispositive motions, such as Summary Judgment and Motions for Insurance Coverage and has achieved many positive results for her clients. Beth also has achieved successful results for her client at PIP Arbitration. Beth has extensive litigation experience which includes representation of corporate clients and individuals in premises liability actions, auto accident and Dram Shop cases.
Beth’s care, knowledge of the law, oral advocacy skills, attention to detail and thoroughness demonstrate she is a zealous advocate for her clients who take great pride in providing a competent, results-oriented defense on behalf of her clients. Beth is an active member of the New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as Pennsylvania Bars.
