Bio

Mr. O'Bryan is a graduate of Cornell Law school and an experienced litigator. He began his career as an attorney at Bronx Legal Services, Corporation C where his caseload included litigation on behalf of welfare recipients (which gave him his initial experience in federal court as part of a class action challenging disparities in public assistance disbursements) through litigation helping shape the laws and regulations regarding tenants' rights in New York City. From there he entered private practice handling complex matters ranging from labor law, commercial litigation, defense of product liability matters in the state and federal court, defense of municipal entities and private institutions in child welfare cases, as well as defending claims arising from amusements, sports and recreation liability claims.
