Nicole Broussard

Nicole Broussard is an experienced litigator with extensive experience litigating cases from inception through trial. Throughout her career, Nicole has handled various types of cases including negligence, premises, motor vehicle, civil rights, and negligent supervision matters. She also has experience handling toxic and mass tort matters.

Prior to joining Barry, McTiernan & Moore, Nicole worked at the New York City Corporation Counsel's Office for over 10 years, most recently serving as Senior Counsel in the Special Litigation Unit representing the City of New York in high-exposure and catastrophic injury cases.
