  • Associate Attorney

    BMM is seeking an Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience handling the defense of general liability and property claims. Candidates must be admitted in NY and NJ. Candidates must possess experience in all phases of pre-trial litigation as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. We value collaboration and diversity among our team members and seek to make the practice of law a rewarding experience. Trial experience is not required but a plus.

Mentorship

Mentoring is a vital component when trying to recruit and retain diverse talent.  Within our firm, we understand the importance of mentorship for success as well as for succession.  Our mentorship program, launching in 2023, will be chaired by two female leaders of the firm.  The program will be structured to provide opportunities to our associates who exhibit potential for leadership and excellence.  Paired with experienced attorneys, we believe that we will be not only providing beneficial training for attorneys but cultivating an atmosphere of belonging.
