Kirby J. Smith

Kirby Smith graduated from the University at Albany cum laude, and the University of Kentucky J David Rosenberg College of Law, where he was a member of the award-winning Thurgood Marshall Trial Team. Mr. Smith brings with him a wealth of hands-on experience, which includes a background in general liability, premises liability, and labor law litigation he acquired while working at a prominent defense litigation boutique in the mid-Hudson region prior to joining BMM. In his spare time, Mr. Smith enjoys traveling, exercising, and reading.
