Leigh Katz

Leigh Katz is an accomplished manager and litigator with extensive experience in complex liability matters consisting of construction (labor) law, premises and products liability, motor vehicle casualty, subrogation and first party actions. She has managed captured counsel law firms for national and regional insurance companies. In addition, she has extensive knowledge of all facets of claims handling, procedures, and litigation management.

Ms. Katz maintains excellent relationships with her clients, staff, and claim partners. She has a solid understanding of statutes, regulations, insurance policies, and case law from an analytical and strategic perspective. Clients and claim partners receive timely and accurate information, legal advice, and other services regarding legal and factual issues in a technology-driven environment.
