Melissa M. Wolin

Ms. Wolin currently practices general insurance defense litigation and civil rights litigation.

While in law school, Ms. Wolin participated in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic, where she represented abused and neglected youth in Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens Family Court. Ms. Wolin was also involved in the Courtroom Advocates Project, where she assisted indigent, battered individuals in obtaining temporary restraining orders. Additionally, she interned both for a matrimonial judge in the Second Department and for the Attorneys for Children Office in the Second Department, Appellate Division.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wolin practiced insurance defense litigation and all aspects of divorce and family law.

Ms. Wolin is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
