Rafael Soto

Rafael Soto is a defense litigation Attorney in the firm’s New Jersey office. He specializes in all aspects of litigation, including general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, and subrogation. Mr. Soto works with insurance companies and various types of clients such as property owners, large commercial and retail stores, safety consultants and contractors. He participates in all stages of litigation, from the initial case and claims evaluations, to conducting depositions, drafting and orally arguing motions and appeals, conducting legal research as well as preparing and trying cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Soto worked as a Trial Attorney for an insurance defense firm in New Jersey focusing on civil litigation areas such as general liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, automobile liability, and subrogation. Mr. Soto has tried multiple cases in-person and virtually that resulted in successful verdicts for his clients.

He received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013. Mr. Soto earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rider University in 2009.
