Robert F. Martin

Bob Martin specializes in complex asbestos/mass tort personal injury litigation. He has served as local /regional coordinating counsel for a number of companies involved in the manufacture of equipment such as pumps, valves, and turbines—gaining significant knowledge in various disciplines including medicine, naval vessels, and industrial hygiene. In further defense of these companies, Bob works closely with company personnel/experts and coordinates discovery. Bob has second chaired personal injury trials in the courts of New York and Connecticut. In the past he provided guidance and leadership to many associates, including training in deposition and trial preparation skills. Bob also has experience in products liability, aviation, maritime, and professional liability litigation.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Bob enjoyed a career as an officer in the United States Navy, working in shipyards and at sea, including three deployments including the Middle East, Africa, and South America.
