Bill Joyce is a 1995 graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Joyce received his B.A. from Rutgers College graduating Magna Cum Laude in history in 1992. He has been with the firm since graduation from law school.

Mr. Joyce represents owners, tenants, managing agents, construction managers, and general contractors in complex construction accident cases involving catastrophic injuries based on New York State Labor Law, Industrial Code violations, and common law negligence. As a trial attorney, Mr. Joyce focuses on complex construction litigation, insurance coverage, property damage, construction defect, and premises liability lawsuits. Mr. Joyce has particular experience in Construction Accidents, Premises Liability, and Property Damage. He is well versed in all areas of personal injury and property damage litigation inclusive of related insurance coverage and complex indemnity issues. Mr. Joyce is an experienced trial attorney who has taken multiple cases to jury verdicts in New York State Supreme Courts since 1997. Mr. Joyce is the supervising partner for three large New York City based base building and interior renovation general contractors/construction managers.

Bill Joyce has been a volunteer youth soccer coach for 17 years. He is also an avid obstacle course racer.
