Lynda E. Liebhauser has over 20 years of experience litigating matters in the areas of premises liability, construction defect litigation, automobile liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, labor law, professional liability and all aspects of civil litigation through to trial in various state and federal courts.
Ms. Liebhauser has been named as lead counsel in several high-profile actions and has written and argued numerous motions and appeals.
Ms. Liebhauser is a member of the New York and New Jersey bar associations. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, United States District Court, District of New Jersey, United States District Court, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
She graduated from St. John's University (cum laude), B.S. in 1994 and received her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1998.
